Definition:


Collaboration: Collaboration is all about creating notes digitally and sharing with organization groups or individual users.

One step ahead, Edzag has provided collaboration (Allow Comments) feature where other users can put comments on notes in case of any query or feedback.  

 

Features:

  1. Create New Notes and share with multiple Groups such as Students Group, Teachers Group, Own Class Group etc.
  2. Create New Notes and share with any number of individual Users.
  3. Enable collaboration (Allow Comment) while creating notes to receive comments from shared users/group of users. This feature will allow users to interact with multiple users and enhance the knowledge.
  4. Inside Shared notes, users can search notes using different filters.

 

Any user can create note via : Home -> Collaboration -> My Notes -> Create Note


Examples and Samples:

For example, a user created some notes on "Programming Language C++" and would like to share with all students in organization digitally. User can do it by creating PDF of notes and then upload the PDF file in Create Notes and share with All Users with Allow Comments.

This feature will allow users to interact with other organization users/teachers and enhance the knowledge through comments and feedback.
